The Ricky Gervais Show?

SO you know how they always make fun of the Karl Pilkington guy?
Well during the show it always sounds like he is sad and they always
like put down his ideas and everything he says. I mean its funny but
it never sounds like he is happy.

Does he ever say anything fun like Ricky and Steve? Does he ever like
smile and like joke around like the other two?

I mean I might sound like Karl now but I'm just wondering...
