I never got what's the big deal about Stan by Eminem?

I am a huge Eminam fan (mostly his old stuff) as u guyz might know by
now.. but I never got whats soo special about stan? I like that song
but its definitely not one of his greatest songs of all time as people
say. whats the big deal about it?
